Goodwin Recruiting seeks a hands-on Market Leader to own a growing field-service operation and lead from the front. This role is_NOT_; it’s about running the business, guiding crews, and delivering real impact daily.

You will drive revenue, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction across locations, while coaching teams and expanding market presence in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field-based environment.
• Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce.
• Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de-escalate situations.
• Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a field service business with multiple crew members.
• Own full P&L performance: revenue, cost control, and profitability.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service recovery.
• Be present in the field, meeting customers and supporting your team regularly.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across roles and locations.
• Partner on sales efforts and help grow the market.
• Solve problems across operations, billing, customer issues, and staffing.
• Build a strong, positive, high‑performance culture.
