Onsite Safety is seeking a Market Field Lead to help establish our presence and field operations in a developing market. This role combines hands-on installation and service work with building customer relationships, market-growth support, and emerging field leadership.

The successful candidate will help build dependable local operations, identify new service opportunities, onboard technicians, and work closely with Field Operations and Business Development as the market grows.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on field safety systems installation, maintenance, and efficient service on active jobsites.
• Ability to build and manage field operations in a developing market; develop relationships with builders, superintendents, and customers.
• Experience training, coaching, and supporting technicians as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove safety systems on active jobsites and establish reliable field operations in new markets.
• Build professional relationships with field partners and customers; identify market opportunities and communicate them to leadership.
• Mentor technicians, ensure safety, quality, and proper documentation; manage workload and travel requirements.
