Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations with frontline teams or service delivery.

• Ability to spend four to five days per week in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory P&L, priorities, and business performance.
• Drive local business development: partnerships, referrals, and end-to-end sales cycles.
