Groundworks, a leader in foundation repair and water management, is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety protocols, and communicate with project managers and clients. This role offers ownership through our employee program and opportunities for growth within a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision (foundation repair or related groundwork).
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related work.
• Manage multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols on all job sites and lead safety meetings.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents to develop their skills.
