You will supervise onsite activities, manage multiple crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, and keep projects on time and within budget while upholding our standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in construction supervision, preferably foundation-related work.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schedules.
• Excellent communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities related to foundation repair and related services.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and training.
