Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations across foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting projects in Michigan. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in supervision, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities related to foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
