Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schedules.
• Proven leadership and safety enforcement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors for efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards on all job sites.
• Lead safety meetings and mentor staff.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Report to work on time and maintain site quality.
