Job summary

WM in Burlington, WA seeks an Operations Leader responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. Qualifications

Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree.
High School Diploma (accredited) and two years of relevant work experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Driver's License valid upon hire.

Responsibilities

Onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and manage performance of all drivers and helpers.
Spend majority of the day in the field with frontline employees.
Provide tools, instruction, and feedback for daily duties.
Conduct daily onboarding touchpoints with new staff.
Lead safety practices and WM Way training.
Investigate incidents and document regulatory records.
