Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management or related field.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the field operations function and individuals to drive excellence across functions.
• Orchestrates multiple field teams and emerging leaders, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Implements safety, quality, and compliance programs across field operations.
• Leads evaluation and integration of field documentation, productivity metrics, and cost reports.
• Represents field teams in project updates, risk assessments, and strategic opportunities.
