Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Senior Field Operations Manager to lead on-site operations, align field activity with project and client goals, and drive safe, high-quality delivery across multiple projects. You will partner with project executives, SPW leaders, and trade partners to optimize planning, scheduling, and execution while advancing enterprise safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
7 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations and develop talent across multiple projects.
Coordinate with project managers, subs, and self-perform teams to allocate resources.
Implement safety, quality, and compliance programs and drive improvements.
Lead evaluation and integration of field documentation and metrics.
Represent field teams in risk assessments and strategic opportunities with leadership.
Promote adoption of innovative construction technologies.
