Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. You will manage field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the primary on-site liaison with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership, construction know-how, and strong communication. Frequent travel to job sites is expected, with a focus on safety, inspections, and continuous process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies, installation practices, and safety.
• Maintain records of project status, site conditions, and material usage.
• Report progress to customers and leadership; drive continuous improvements.
