Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Field Manager to oversee field operations, lead field crews, and ensure safe, on‑time project delivery. You will coordinate with project teams, manage schedules, and uphold quality standards across multiple sites.

You will mentor staff, maintain open client communication, and report progress to leadership while ensuring OSHA compliance and efficient field processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and supervision of field crews.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.
• Strong problem solving, organization and decision making.
• Effective cross‑departmental communication and customer focus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily/weekly schedules optimizing labor and material use.
• Conduct on‑site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies and safety.
• Serve as on‑site client contact and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Document site conditions, materials, and installation challenges.
