Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and leadership to maintain seamless communication and satisfaction.

You will supervise field crews, coordinate with management, logistics, and manufacturing, and drive process improvements while adhering to OSHA and company policies. Frequent site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years leading field operations or project teams.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules optimizing labor/materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and rework.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
