Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to high quality, serving as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and leadership.

You will coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing, develop schedules, inspect sites, address issues, and uphold OSHA and company safety standards while driving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily/weekly schedules and coordinate with management.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing.
