Job summary

InteriorLogic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. You will manage field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and act as the primary liaison with customers and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Requires 5+ years in field ops or construction, strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Strong leadership and supervision experience required.
• Excellent reading of blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective cross-departmental communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Plan and implement daily/weekly work schedules and resource use.
• Perform on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing for readiness.
