Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily and weekly work schedules for labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare field reports and documentation of site conditions and challenges.
• Report progress and issues to leadership and customers.
