Interior Logic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with project teams, and serve as the on-site liaison with customers.

The role requires 5+ years in field operations or construction, strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and excellent communication. A driver's license is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Must read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily/weekly work schedules and allocate labor and materials.
• Inspect sites for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead on-site client communications and problem resolution.
• Maintain field records and submit reports through approved systems.
• Promote continuous improvement and field safety programs.
