Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years leading field operations or construction teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Strong communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Project Management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors regionally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily and weekly schedules ensuring optimal labor use.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress and safety compliance.
• Coordinate field operations with management, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Lead training and coaching of field staff on policies and best practices.
• Maintain field reports and documentation in approved systems.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
