ONEOK, Inc is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations at assigned plants in a safety-first and compliant environment. You will lead a small team, monitor production targets, and coordinate maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

The role requires experience in plant or field operations, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of plant or field operations experience.

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and monitor performance.
