You will lead a small team, coordinate maintenance, enforce SOPs and safety rules, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and safety groups to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in plant/field/process operations.
• Experience in oil & gas or midstream environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams.
• Equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and SOP compliance.
• Lead workflow prioritization and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs like uptime and throughput.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
