Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Senior Process Engineer Supervisor to lead and develop a regional team of process engineers across gas plant operations. The role emphasizes safety, performance, and aligning engineering support with operational and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee prioritization, resource planning and technical governance while coordinating with Operations, Projects, Reliability and Environmental teams to drive process improvements and project development.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving goals and developing employee and team strengths.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching or developing engineers or other technical professionals.
• Experience prioritizing technical work and coordinating engineering support across multiple assets.
• Experience with natural gas processing and related facility operations.
• Experience with process modeling software; ProMax experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting operating facilities and implementing improvements.
• Experience reading regulations and standards; PHAs, MOCs, incidents experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Process Engineers within the assigned region.
• Establish regional priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Projects Engineering and Reliability teams.
• Support safety, regulatory compliance and process improvements.
• Develop and present engineering studies and technical recommendations.
