ONEOK is seeking a field operations supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, monitor performance, and ensure safe, reliable production across assigned facilities. You will lead a small team, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and safety, and drive adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes safety culture, incident prevention, and continuous improvement through data review and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in plant operations, field operations, or process operations.
• Experience in oil & gas, midstream operations, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to supervise and direct day-to-day plant operations and team activities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including monitoring system performance and production activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of pipelines, processing equipment, compressors, and related systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule routine and corrective work and address reliability issues.
• Lead workflow prioritization, scheduling, and execution for operations personnel in line with SOPs.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering, and field teams to meet targets and regulatory requirements.
