Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage day-to-day operating activities for assets such as terminals and delivery locations within a defined area. This role leads area leadership, oversees budgeting, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance across multiple functions.

The position requires extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety, efficiency, and project delivery in a midstream environment. Travel to multiple sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10 or more years related work experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English
• Ability to work under time pressure, tight deadlines, and interruptions

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all team members and compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations
• Maintenance of assets and SIP compliance
• Administration of the annual expense budget and capital funding requests
• Identify/implement initiatives for asset optimization without compromising safety
• Develop direct reports and frontline leaders
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to emergent incidents and coordinate safety and regulatory responses
