Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is hiring a Plant Operations Supervisor in Texas to lead day-to-day operations across processing facilities, pipelines and related systems.

You will supervise operations staff, coordinate maintenance, monitor performance, and drive safety and reliability to meet production targets. You will partner with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize throughput, reduce downtime, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plant/field/process operations experience.
• Experience in oil & gas or midstream environments preferred.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• Equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and supervise a small team.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to meet reliability targets.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and safety teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as uptime and throughput and drive improvements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.
