ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Operations Engineering to oversee engineering activities for pipeline and facility assets in the Refined Products and Crude Oil segments.

You will lead engineering support, manage projects, assess risk, and drive reliability, safety and compliance across Operations, Asset Integrity, Environmental, EHS&S, and regulatory teams. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• Provides supervision and development for Operations Engineering staff.
• Leads engineering support for pipeline and facility activities.
• Manages project life cycle for capital/expense work, including scope, cost, schedule, and funding.
• Travel up to 25% to facilities and project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and technical guidance for pipeline and facility engineering activities.
• Oversee risk mitigation, integrity-related activities, and emergent operational responses.
• Coordinate across Operations, Asset Integrity, Environmental, EHS&S Compliance, Corrosion, Tank Integrity, and other groups.
• Review and implement engineering improvements, standards, and preventive maintenance content.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
