Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field and plant activities in Louisiana, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will lead a small team, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and safety, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with OSHA, PHMSA, and EPA standards.

This role emphasizes safety culture, incident prevention, and timely response to equipment issues to support production targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of plant or field operations experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, midstream operations preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of plant operations and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and monitor performance.
• Ensure safe operation of pipelines, processing equipment, compressors, and related systems.
• Coordinate activities to meet production and reliability targets.
• Identify and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead day-to-day workflow prioritization and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with field operations, engineering, maintenance, and safety teams.
