Job summary

Augury seeks a Manager, Field Engineering to lead a growing team of Field Engineers and Implementation Coordinators. You ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You bridge field execution with strategic goals and drive operational excellence.

You will hire, mentor, and scale the team, own the P&L for field ops, and champion new digital tools to modernize workflows.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading technical field teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deployments and budgets.
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, pharma, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of Field Engineers and Coordinators.
• Own regional P&L, budgets, and deployment cost strategies.
• Champion technology adoption and AI-driven workflows in field execution.
• Standardize installation procedures and scalable deployment processes.
• Escalation point for on-site complex technical issues.
