Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is hiring a senior operations leader in Nashville, TN to manage field technicians, approve expenses, and improve customer service. The role requires ADAS and electrical service expertise, plus OEM software experience.

The candidate will train teams, foster customer relationships, and work with Dispatch to optimize routes. Overnight travel up to 51% may be required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive field with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical service tasks.
• Experience with OEM automotive software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Technicians and Technicians Leads to maximize productivity.
• Approve and manage expenses, payroll, and PTO requests.
• Coordinate weekly communications with teams and stakeholders.
• Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with partners to improve routes and assignments.
• Assist Director of Operations in calibration area certifications.
• Generate timely resolutions to customer concerns with escalation as needed.
