Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a high-impact Operations Lead to support and manage Field Technicians/Technician Leads, ensuring productivity and growth in our service operations.

You will approve expenses, coordinate payroll/PTO, and communicate with teams across remote and in-person settings while driving calibration and ADAS service excellence. Overnight travel up to 50% is required, and a safe driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive experience with 2+ years managing a high-performance team.
• Strong knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wiring).
• Preference for prior OEM software and ADAS calibration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Field Technicians/Technician Leads to maximize productivity.
• Approve and manage all expenses and payroll/PTO requests and reports.
• Communicate weekly with teams and with stakeholders; conduct meetings as needed.
• Train staff on new procedures and technologies to boost productivity.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners to sustain growth.
