Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks an experienced Operations Lead to support and manage field technicians, approve expenses, and coordinate weekly communications with teams. You will drive productivity, foster customer relationships, and collaborate with partners to optimize routes and calibrations.

Role requires 5+ years in automotive industry with 2+ years in leadership, ADAS calibration expertise, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in automotive industry with 2+ years leading a high-performance team.
Strong ADAS and electrical service knowledge (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair).
Preference given to those with OEM automotive software and ADAS calibration experience.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Support and manage Field Technicians/Technician Leads to maximize productivity.
Approve and manage all expense and payroll/PTO requests, reports, and submissions.
Communicate weekly with teams and meet with individuals as needed, in person or remotely.
Train on new procedures and technologies to improve productivity.
Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers.
Work with partners to build trust and increase production.
Assist Director of Operations in certifying calibration areas.
Improve routes and work assignments with Dispatch.
Generate and expedite resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy.
