Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to perform diagnostics, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, delivering high-quality service aligned with OEM standards and safety.

Candidates should have 2–5+ years of automotive experience, with strong ADAS knowledge, electrical skills, and proficiency in diagnostic tools. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and using factory/non-factory tools.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
