Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead Field Technicians and Technician Leads, manage expenses, payroll, and travel, and coordinate with partners to increase productivity. The role requires strong ADAS knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work with remote teams.

The position also involves collaborating with the Director of Operations to certify calibration areas and optimize routes and workflows across the service

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive experience with 2+ years managing a high‑performance team.
• Strong working knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair).
• Preference for OEM Automotive Software and ADAS calibration experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams; able to use remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Field Technicians/Technician Leads to maximize productivity and growth.
• Approve and manage all expense and payroll/PTO requests, reports, and submissions.
• Communicate weekly with teams and meet with individuals as needed (in person or remote).
• Train and stay up to date on procedures and technologies to boost productivity.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers and partners.
