Job summary
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is hiring a Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, performing OEM-aligned work with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, with ADAS, electrical work, and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
- Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1-3).
- Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and using factory/non-factory tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
- Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
- Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
- Ensure calibrations and services follow OEM guidelines and are documented before execution.
