Interior Specialists, Inc is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safe, on-time project delivery and high quality across sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the primary on-site liaison with customers and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling, site inspections, and continuous improvement, with travel to multiple job sites and a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules for optimal labor use.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams for smooth execution.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies, installation practices, and safety procedures.
