Job summary

Interior Logic Group is hiring a Flooring Field Manager (East Valley) to oversee field operations, plan daily schedules, and ensure safety and quality across projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with project teams, and maintain excellent customer communication on-site.

The role requires 5+ years in flooring-related field operations, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel to multiple sites is expected, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management specific to the flooring trade.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with project management software and field reporting tools.
• Experience managing subcontractors in a multi-site or regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules for optimal labor and material use.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays or rework.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies, installation practices, and safety procedures.
• Serve as the on-site liaison with customers, builders, and subcontractors.
