Job summary

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in field operations or construction, strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and a valid driver’s license; travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily and weekly work schedules optimizing labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with customers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Maintain field reports and documentation and support process improvements.
