Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on WTI projects. The role involves safety briefings, coordinating with sales reps, crews and customers, ensuring timely, quality roofing repairs, and daily reporting with photos and status updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other low-slope roofing systems and metal roofs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer and crew.
• Coordinate communications with Sales Rep, crew and customer throughout the project.
• Manage crew start/end times, materials, tools and safety to complete work per scope.
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project walks, send photos and daily status updates.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction for field reps.
• Order, track and monitor inventory; perform quarterly cycle counts.
• Review field service projects over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
• Submit projects over $20,000 to supervisor before customer submission.
• Oversee performance of Field Resource Reps and address issues with HR as needed.
