Job summary

Rust-Oleum seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead field service operations in the Houston area, prioritizing safety and efficient project execution. You will manage crews, coordinate with Sales Reps and customers, and ensure timely delivery of services within scope.

The role requires five years of roofing experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and a valid driver’s license, with travel and occasional weekend work expected. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
• Experience repairing metal and steep-slope roofs.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• 30-hour OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects within the designated region.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Coordinate project communications among Sales Reps, customers, and crew before projects.
• Manage crew start/end times, hours, and availability of tools/materials to complete projects safely.
• Complete end-of-day/project walk-through and document work performed and materials used.
• Ensure Field Reps present professionally and interact well with customers.
• Track inventory and coordinate quarterly cycle counts; monitor revisions.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and review proposals over $20,000.
• Review time reports with admin; escalate issues to HR when needed.
• Attend meetings/trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
