Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, or construction experience.
• Some supervisory experience or leading a team/workforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and implement mitigation plans across capital projects.
• Plan and lay out work safely with supervision, leading internal and contract crews.
• Coordinate material orders, scheduling, outages, and QA/QC to meet project timelines.
• Oversee contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
