Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
• 5+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, or construction experience.
• Experience leading a team or contract workforce and strong safety focus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities; ability to work across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality and compliance for capital projects and contractor activities.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate field construction, outages, and material handling.
• Lead and supervise internal and contract crews performing line, substation and civil work.
• Monitor performance on safety, schedule, cost and quality; manage outage planning and execution.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and equipment staging; support storm restoration when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Entergy standards and procedures; promote incident-free work culture.
