You will oversee field crews, coordinate contracts, and ensure work aligns with approved processes and safe practices. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to scheduling, cost and risk management, and readiness to assist in storms and outages.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and incident prevention.
• Experience with capital projects and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field construction activities and monitor safety, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support emergency and storm operations when required.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans.
