The role requires 7+ years of relevant field experience and 3+ years of supervisory leadership, with a strong focus on safety and risk management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
7+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, construction experience for Sr role.
3+ years supervisory experience or leading a team/workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee field & contracted crews ensuring safe work practices and compliance with Entergy standards.
Coordinate materials, schedules, outages, and jobsite readiness for capital projects.
Monitor contractor performance on safety, schedule, cost, and quality; manage energized work plans (EWPs).
Support emergency/storm operations and field execution planning.
Ensure facilities constructed per design and company standards, including risk mitigation and QA/QC.
