Job summary

Entergy Texas, Inc.-GTX seeks a Field Coordinator Sr to lead field crews, supervise contractors, and ensure safe, compliant execution of capital projects in Power Delivery and Capital Projects. Based in Conroe, TX, you will coordinate outage planning and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in field transmission/distribution and some supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of safety and project execution. The role supports storm restoration as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 7+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, construction experience (Sr requires 7+ years).
• Experience leading a team or contract workforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices; strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Directs field crews and contractors to ensure safe, compliant execution of capital projects.
• Monitors safety, quality, cost, and schedule; coordinates outage planning and material logistics.
• Oversees field level switching and energized operations; supports storm restoration efforts.
