Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Field Coordinator I- Sr (CP) in Lake Charles, LA to support safety, quality, and compliance standards for capital projects within the Power Delivery and Capital Projects BUs. You will oversee field crews, coordinate contractors, and ensure work meets company safety guidelines and specifications.

Reports include directing field and contract crews, coordinating outages, and maintaining adherence to project plans and safety requirements across multiple sites and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience in field transmission/distribution line, substation, or construction.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise internal and contract crews.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and mitigate risks on projects.
• Lead and coordinate field construction and outage activities.
• Oversee contractors and company personnel ensuring safe, compliant execution.
