3+ years supervisory experience or leading a team/workforce for Sr.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, quality, and compliance for capital projects.
Directly supports construction activities, inventory and material management, equipment logistics, and outages.
Provide field leadership to company and contract crews ensuring safe work practices and compliance.
Monitor contractor performance and safety; coordinate scheduling, materials, and outages.
