Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead Houston-area field operations, coordinating home services, remodeling, and installation projects with a focus on safety, quality, and customer experience.

You will own scheduling, staffing, and process improvements across multiple sites, driving efficiency and accountability while building a pipeline of future field leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Zero to five years of professional experience - New Grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership through competitive athletics, coaching, military service, internships, entrepreneurship, or team-based competitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily home services, construction, and installation operations throughout the market.
• Set clear operating direction and translate it into measurable priorities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop technicians, installers, electricians, and other field personnel.
• Build a culture of urgency, ownership, discipline, safety, and accountability.
• Coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, materials, and job-site requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recurring performance issues.
• Redesign workflows and introduce practical improvements.
• Standardize field procedures to maintain safety, quality, and customer service as volume grows.
• Track labor costs, crew productivity, project timelines, and installation cycle time.
• Conduct job-site visits and inspections to evaluate safety and workmanship.
• Resolve field issues quickly and address root causes.
• Establish performance expectations and coach future field leaders.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and building regulations.
