Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Specialist to support branch teams in snow and ice management. You will identify and engage service partners, assist in estimates, renewals, and contract administration while helping to improve market share and profitability.

You will coordinate with branch managers, account managers, and COE to ensure CRM accuracy, pricing alignment, and smooth pre-season and post-season operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year business-related degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Landscape-related degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in snow and ice management.
• Proficient in computer programs including Excel, Word, Estimating and job costing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and demands.

Responsibilities

• Procurement/outreach and on-site relationship development with service partners.
• Enroll service partners for planned job sites and introductory coordination.
• Lead subcontractor optimization for quality and efficiency.
• Support branch teams with new opportunities, renewal targets, and contract creation.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure CRM accuracy and timely uploads.
• Participate in safety trainings and production planning reviews.
• Assist in contract pricing reviews and post-storm activities.
