Job summary

Prodigy Movers LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for a growing moving company in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise field crews, schedule jobs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, judgment, and the ability to maintain SOPs, monitor safety, and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment. Onsite and field-based work in Atlanta is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Knowledge of moving industry compliance and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen required.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred; moving industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of moving crews and field staff.
• Schedule and dispatch crews and trucks for moves.
• Monitor progress and adjust resources in real time.
• Supervise and coach staff to company standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operations.
• Address issues promptly with urgency and professionalism.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after moves.
• Resolve complaints and monitor online reviews.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Track costs, hours, and inventory; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding with ownership.
