Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and support project execution on job sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials.
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
• Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed.
• Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites.
• Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
