Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate multiple field teams across commercial construction projects. The role focuses on people leadership, project execution, safety, quality, workforce planning, and customer communication.

The successful candidate will regularly visit project sites, monitor safety and quality, and help resolve operational challenges while balancing staffing needs across locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in commercial construction, field operations, or related environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple field teams, projects, or jobsites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing field employees and frontline leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing project priorities and operational demands.
• Professional communication with customers, field personnel, project teams, and leadership.
• Regular travel to active project locations in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support across multiple field teams and active projects.
• Maintain regular communication with field leadership regarding project status, staffing, schedules, safety, quality, productivity, and operational needs.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor project execution and support field teams.
• Assist with workforce planning and allocation based on project schedules, priorities, skill requirements, and business needs.
• Identify field issues, schedule impacts, customer concerns, and resource needs and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure schedules and changes are communicated effectively.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and consistent performance across field operations.
